Legend Property Group recognized the ever increasing demand from residents who wanted to live in an energized and fun urban environment, but wanted to live in new or freshly renovated homes with top of the line finishes and amenities. Demonstrating our appreciation and passion for downtown living, our team saw an opportunity to marry our luxury living spaces with the level of property management services demanded by the upscale downtown market. Since our founding Legend Property Group has expanded to manage hundreds of luxury living spaces across Richmond, Hopewell, Petersburg, and Hampton Roads.

With a growing demand for quality urban living spaces, Legend Property Group is the premier luxury housing provider in our communities. Our integrated operation allows us to identify and restore historical properties and add in new construction to create unique luxury units and offer state-of-the-art amenities that cater to today's upscale market. As a full-service management company, we take care of everything from readying the units for rental to quickly addressing issues. Our greatest pride comes from respecting our tenants and making them feel right at home.

Pet Policy
At Legend Property Group, we are pet lovers! Just because they’re furry, doesn’t mean they’re not family! There is just a one-time $300 pet fee and no monthly pet rent. We have no weight restrictions, but do restrict aggressive breeds. You can add a pet to your lease at any time by contacting your property manager. The pet per household limit is 2 animals. We provide pet waste stations at all of our properties and some even feature dog parks!
