Renewing Your Lease

A renewal letter with the new monthly rent will be received before your lease auto-renews. Leases Auto-Renew for 12 months 60 days before the lease expiration date.

Short-Term Renewal Upcharges:

  • 9 Month: $50.00 / month
  • 6 Month: $75.00 / month
  • Month to Month: $150.00 / month
