Move-Out Policy

  • We require 60 days written notice to vacate.
  • Please contact your Property Manager to schedule your key return and/or a move-out walk-through.
  • Our goal is to return as much of your refundable security deposit to you as possible. These guidelines as well as the move-out cost schedule found in your lease will help you prepare for your move-out.

Move Out Cleaning Guidelines

Kitchen

Clean inside, behind, under and around all appliances

N

Clean oven inside and out, including knobs/buttons

N

Clean range hood and filter, drips pans and coils

N

Clean refrigerator, inside and out

N

Clean cabinets, inside and out

N

Clean breadboard, counters, and walls

N

Clean dishwasher inside and out

N

Clean sink, faucet, and under sink

N

Clean floor and cove base, sweep and mop

Kitchen

Clean toilet inside and out

N

Clean shower and tub

N

Clean medicine cabinet and mirror

Clean sink and faucets

N

Remove all mildew, wash walls

Sweep and mop floors,

N

Clean cabinets and cove base

Kitchen

Clean entrance door and threshold

N

Clean all windows, sills, and tracks

N

Clean all ceiling fans

N

Clean closets, shelves, and switch plates

N

Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets

N

Clean marks off walls, sweep patio

N

Remove cobwebs & wash light fixtures.

Remove all tacks and nails from walls and fill holes

N

Remove personal items

Be sure to fill out a key return form to ensure delivery of your security deposit!

(Failure to return any item will result in a $50 charge for each Mailbox key, key fob, parking pass, and garage opener and $75 for each apartment key)
